Shipping policy

HJ Care currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes around 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. HJ Care cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will assist you.

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.
